{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"597377","client":"KAG Fleet Mechanic Division","title":"Warranty Supervisor","description":"<strong> Position Summary </strong> <br><br>This position is responsible for supervising all aspects of the equipment and parts warranty process. <br><br><strong> Essential Functions </strong> <br><br><ul> <li> Manage new equipment warranty registration </li> <li> Supervise warranty staff </li> <li> Maintain and communicate the definitions of the warranty period for all parts in the fleet maintenance software and in applicable reference material for all shops </li> <li> Ensure all parts are entered into the fleet maintenance software accurately and consistently across all shops </li> <li> Supervise the warranty claim process with internal customers and external vendors. </li> <li> Ensure that all tools are in place and being used to capture warranty and to enter parts correctly </li> <li> Create, code, file and manage warranty claims for both internal and external shops for tractors, trailer,, and all components </li> </ul><br><br><strong> Qualifications </strong> <br><br><ul> <li> High school diploma; </li> <li> 3 years of related experience </li> <li> Strong attention to detail </li> <li> Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to a variety of software programs </li> <li> Effective organizational skills and a sound mechanical aptitude </li> </ul> <br> Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
