Our facility offers a welcoming and conveniently located work environment, including a cafeteria with hot meals, a coffee cafe, and a gym for employees. Please note that sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position. <br><br><strong> Position Summary </strong> <br><br>This position is responsible for the payment set up, accounting, and review of maintenance orders and invoices. <br><br><strong> Essential Functions </strong> <br><br><ul> <li> Review invoices and enter supporting details indicating specific work performed or parts installed </li> <li> Balancing of National Account statements as well as working closely with accounting for end of month close </li> <li> Auditing all invoices to make sure anything that can be capex or warranty is caught </li> <li> Working closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure payments are sent </li> <li> Knowledge of VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards) or ability to learn with training </li> <li> Work with the Accounting Department to ensure all information is provided for additional required reporting and month end accruals. </li> <li> Communicate with personnel within KAG and at vendors regarding invoice status </li> <li> Comfortable working in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and production goal </li> <li> Quick to learn and adapt in changing environment and processes </li> <li> Ability to use problem solving skills related to purchase order matching and invoice entry </li> <li> Above average math aptitude needed to properly allocate costs during data entry </li> </ul><br><br>Qualifications <br> <br> &bull; High school diploma required, AP experience preferred<br> &bull; 2 years if experience in the trucking industry<br> &bull; Basic Microsoft Excel<br> &bull; Experience using Basware<br> &bull; Experience with maintenance software <br> &bull; VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards) knowledge, Certification preferred <br> &bull; Effective customer service and communication skills <br><br>Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
