This role develops engaging content, manages organic social media channels, analyzes campaign performance, monitors brand reputation, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. The position serves as a key partner to Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Communications, and external agency partners. <br><br><b> Primary Responsibilities </b> <br> <ul> <li> Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across recruiting and business development channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, job boards, and email marketing. </li> <li> Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities that improve engagement, conversion, hiring outcomes, and marketing ROI. </li> <li> Create and manage compelling digital content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, employee stories, testimonials, blogs, and other brand-building communications. </li> <li> Manage corporate and recruiting social media channels, maintaining a consistent content calendar and fostering positive audience engagement. </li> <li> Monitor online conversations and social engagement, escalating service, recruiting, or reputation-related concerns when appropriate. </li> <li> Support employer branding, employee advocacy, and corporate storytelling initiatives. </li> <li> Assist with website content, SEO optimization, lead generation efforts, and CRM-based marketing initiatives. </li> <li> Produce dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that inform marketing and recruiting strategies. </li> <li> Ensure brand consistency and messaging standards across all digital channels and communications. </li> </ul><br><br><b> Qualifications </b> <br> <br> <b> Required </b> <br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field. </li> <li> 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, social media marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related discipline. </li> <li> Experience creating and managing business-focused social media content and campaigns. </li> <li> Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills. </li> <li> Experience creating digital graphics using Canva. </li> <li> Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices. </li> <li> Ability to interpret marketing analytics and translate data into recommendations. </li> <li> Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills. </li> <li> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> <br> <b> Preferred </b> <br> <ul> <li> Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn advertising. </li> <li> Knowledge of email marketing platforms and audience segmentation. </li> <li> Experience with Salesforce CRM. </li> <li> Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. </li> <li> Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. </li> </ul><br><b> Technical </b> <br> <ul> <li> Canva </li> <li> Google Analytics (GA4) </li> <li> Google Ads </li> <li> Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager </li> <li> LinkedIn Campaign Manager </li> <li> Microsoft Office and Google Workspace </li> <li> SEO and keyword research tools </li> <li> Social media management platforms </li> <li> Salesforce (preferred) </li> <li> Email marketing platforms (preferred) </li> </ul><br><b> Success Measures </b> <br> <ul> <li> Improved recruiting marketing performance and hiring outcomes. </li> <li> Increased engagement, reach, and audience growth across digital channels. </li> <li> Effective management of online engagement and brand reputation. </li> <li> Growth in website traffic, conversions, and SEO performance. </li> <li> Delivery of high-quality, consistent digital content and communications. </li> <li> Actionable reporting that informs strategic decision-making. </li> <li> Successful collaboration with internal stakeholders and external marketing partners. </li> <li> Consistent support of corporate marketing, lead generation, and employer branding objectives. </li> </ul><br>Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
