{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"635920","client":"KAG Fleet Mechanic Division","title":"Sr. Dispatcher","description":"<strong> Position Summary </strong> <br><br>This position's daily responsibilities include managing drivers, oversee customer deliveries along with tracking equipment. <br><br><strong> Essential Functions </strong> <br> <ul> <li> Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries </li> <li> Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers </li> <li> Lead and mentor dispatching staff </li> <li> Plan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets </li> <li> Communicate with shippers and 3PL's </li> <li> Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts </li> <li> Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously </li> <li> Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, customer request and communication between team members </li> <li> Monitor web portals and input necessary information </li> <li> Using TMW Dispatch system </li> <li> Daily tracking of all chemical trailers </li> <li> Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members </li> <li> Work in a fast-paced environment </li> </ul><br><br><strong> Qualifications </strong> <br> <ul> <li> High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred </li> <li> Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience </li> <li> Excellent conflict resolution and skills </li> <li> Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills </li> <li> Knowledge and ability to use Word and Excel </li> </ul> <br> Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
