The IT Project Manager III will be responsible for leading programs, leading and/or participating in projects spanning the breadth and depth of KAGs business units. Provide direct day-to-day supervision of project managers and/or business analysts. The Project Manager III will also utilize their experience with projects and methodologies to help maintain the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) as well as assist/mentor junior members of the Project Management Office (PMO) team.

Essential Functions

Manage one or more programs, which involve strategic planning to accomplish organizational goals

Manage multiple projects spanning multiple business lines

Provide direct supervision to project managers and/or business analysts

Identify and assist in developing Project Management skills in junior team members

Provide input and Assist in preparing Executive-Level status reports with the PMO Manager and Project Portfolio Manager (PPM)

Assist in evolving the Project Life Cycle to maintain service levels to the organization
Complete documentation, testing training, and requirements definition for projects
Meet the deployment, development, and training objectives as assigned for each project/program
Communicate project status; identify roadblocks and provide solutions
Execute change management policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

PMI or equivalent certification

Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent meeting facilitation skills

Proficient with business and systems process modeling

Proficient with project and program budget and cost management

Experience leading project teams of various sizes

Prior IT experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project

Experience with WorkFront and/or other Project Management Tools
Ability to travel up to 30%
