Responsible for day-to-day customer account execution, performance compliance, and customer service satisfaction
Oversight of one or more customer accounts, on a day-to-day planning, execution and problem solving basis
Ensure reliability and quality of day-to-day logistics services for each customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field or equivalent work experience
5 years Transportation/Logistics experience
A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain for Petroleum and Renewable Fuel related products; as well as Hazardous Material transportation management and logistics services in the bulk liquid industry is a major benefit
3 years successful team leadership experience
Effective leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem analysis and resolution, and customer service skills
Advanced Level Skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
